Our mission is to provide you with a solid interdisciplinary background to give you the tools you'll need to develop your own unique voice, your own footprint.
Our flexible, individualized program evolved out of hundreds of hours of research, practical experience and development. We are dedicated to providing the best education to those who want to teach, as well as to students desiring to delve deeper into this fascinating 6000-year-old practice.
The 200-, 300- and 500-hour programs exceed required standards set forth by Yoga Alliance. Topics covered include ethics, history, philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology and observation skills, as well as how to incorporate this powerful knowledge into every aspect of life. Practicum and small-group experiences allow students to gain teaching confidence in a nurturing, supportive environment where they acquire the confidence to skillfully communicate the truths of yoga while honoring their own unique voice. Committed to the personal development of each participant, we provide mentoring throughout the program and the years that follow.
Fees*:
200-hour: $950
300-hour: $1125
500-hour: $1850
*Includes tuition, mentoring, workshops, manual and classes at Shanti Yoga and Yoga Tree of Boise. Textbooks and outside workshops are not included but are available at 30% off. Spa services and retail are available to you at 15% off. Payment plans available.
