The Mindfulness Center (“Bringing mindfulness to all dimensions of life”) is proud to present the 5 Element Yoga Healing Arts teacher training, with the Inner Domain and its director Neva Ingalls.

This curriculum is based on the Ayurvedic model of pure energy or spirit, embodied through the qualities of the elements—earth, water, fire, air and ether— and their corresponding chakras, and channeled through self-awareness and authenticity to help you find your voice as a teacher. This will facilitate balance, vitality, healing and ultimately union with the Eternal Self, for you as a teacher and for your students.

Each four- to six-day module encompasses those aspects of the yoga practice that fall under the umbrella of the qualities of the element or chakra that is its focus. Immerse yourself in a journey of soul awareness, like the hero seeking the Holy Grail for personal transformation and to guide others to do the same. Take the entire four- to five-module training to receive 200-hour registration, or enroll in separate modules that call to you as a student of yoga and of life.
Neva (E-RYT 500) brings 30 years of experience in meditation, dance, yoga and other healing modalities to this enriching, educational yoga experience.

The Mindfulness Center also offers meditation and mind/body classes for adults and children.
