Within 9,400 square feet of spectacular light-filled space, exhale® uses its signature multicultural design aesthetic to create a timeless venue in which to recharge and renew. A dramatic temple-like studio designed for mind-body classes is accessed through an antique 200-year-old door from Indonesia, and the 16 Zen-inspired therapy rooms are wrapped in translucent panels embedded with beach grass and soothing fabric panels. Changing rooms with showers, steam and lockers are provided for guest use.

Warmly embraced by the Boston, Dallas, Miami, New York, Palm Beach, Southern California, and Turks and Caicos markets, exhale brings the destination mind-body spa experience into the heart of Chicago to help guests on their journey to inner and outer well-being.
