Director Sandra Carden, ERYT 500, has practiced yoga since 1972. UNION/YOGA, LLC, opened in 1989, in Traverse City. She has been blessed to be invited to teach at corporations, medical conferences, hospitals, regional yoga conventions, seminars and educational institutions. From her students she has learned the most valuable gifts of observation and compassion.
