Yoga for children is a gentle, non-competitive form of exercise that promotes flexibility while teaching children relaxation. Yoga for children can help increase concentration and reduce agitation. It is not a performance oriented practice. Yoga teaches children how to feel connected with their bodies and minds. Yoga is very beneficial to all children. Children learn how to stretch their muscles and keep their bodies strong and flexible. Classes are 45 minutes, and tend to be playful and fun.
