Alexandria Crow began honing her mind body skills in her formative years as a competitive gymnast. Known for her fearless approach to arm balances, a fundamental part of Crow's teaching is conveying the idea that you can quiet the voices that tell you that you cannot do something and instead listen to those that support and propel a high-quality practice.
Crow has completed extensive training beginning with the YogaWorks 200-Hour Certification Program. Following that she completed a lengthy one-on-one apprenticeship, and is now a E-RYT 500 certified teacher. Crow has contributed three Home Practice sequences for Yoga Journal, and appeared on the October 2010 cover. She teaches public classes and is part of the teacher training staff for YogaWorks in Santa Monica.

After years of teaching and training in aerobics and Pilates, Noll Daniel began looking for a gentler approach to exercise and well being, and discovered yoga. He received his first certificate to teach yoga under Billy Porter in 1985 and went on to train with Alan Finger at Yoga Zone where he was a senior instructor and mentor for new instructors for five years.
Daniel has taught at Body by Jake, Crunch Fitness, the Sports Center at Chelsea Piers, and Reebok Sports Club New York. He currently resides in San Francisco and teaches at Sports Club LA where his Urban Yoga Workout combine yoga with dance, aerobics, strength training and Pilates classes.
