Fear of Reinjury
I have a student with a groin injury from overstretching in Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) more than six months ago. I feel that Trikonasana, done well, would actually help stretch and rejuvenate the area, but she fears it and tightens up as she attempts it on the injured side. How can I help her?
