Learning from Injury
After teaching 16 classes a week and doing a slew of Plank and Downward-Facing Dog Poses, I started having shoulder pain. This pain is now four months old, and I go to a chiropractor for muscle work. Is there anything I can do in yoga to help rebuild and stop the nerve issues/weakness and discomfort? I've stopped the obvious—any advice would be fantastic!
