I think yoga is so good for the body! My wife is way into it. She actually went to some teachers development fall courses in new york to become a yoga instructor. Do you think she will be able to make a little money doing this?

still in training... BUT definitely keeping those two themes in mind they are great.

I have used them on occasion. Mostly with my advanced groups. One of my favorite places to find inspiration is from "meditations from the mat"
a book by Rolf Gates. check out * The posture never ends * on page 46! Another favorite is on page 16 * Do everything with a mind that has let go* . My favorite ending of any of these meditations is @ the very end of this paragraph:
So I encourage you: get into that canoe ride and ride with the river. Commit and don't look back before your body can open, it must first let go: the clenched and guarded muscles must relax. But the Mind must let go first...

I am a new teacher, I will be teaching my first class soon. This was very helpful. I am thinking about using a theme of "the beating heart" for one of my classes. I will start brainstorming right away.
