I am a yoga instructor and am teaching a class to some teens tonight, in one of their homes, perhaps there is an instructor in your neighbourhood that would do the same ? Asking at school may a good place to start. Good Luck.

I do yoga and have been for the last year and a half. I first did Yoga from Mary Kay Chryssicas book Breath Yoga For Teens but once I figured out which poses were best for my body I quickly developed my own routine and now do it 5 days a week or more. I am home schooled and I consider Yoga to be my P.E. I also make weighted exercise hula hoops, and incorporate yoga into my hula hooping.

I am 18 and have been doing yoga since I was 7. It helps me to remember to just stop and breathe when I am feeling stressed. Yoga is truly amazing.
