i love doing yoga... for me has changed my mind and I feel different about the people around me...I feel compassion, calmness, peace and tranquility and much more

You cannot switch off ! nobody can! but we can observe the sensations in different parts of the body that we are bound to experience because of the nature of the energy flow and blockages in different parts of the body.

Panic & anxiety attacks in my opinion occurs because of unknown fear, some past unhappy episodes or not feeling secured with present circumstances.20 years back, I used to feel scared & during my sleep in between, i used to cry, not knowing what the exact reason was/? I started regular exercise,Taekwondo, vigorous exercise & later on yoga & mediation. My attitude of life became more positive, I stopped watching TV news before I go to bed, rather surrender to higher power & did my prayers for the needy.I started feeling relaxed & slept good, rather started feeling more connection with God & pleasant vibrations around my body & mind.Yoga has done wonders for my personal & family life.I feel very blessed with my students & never hesitate to share my personal episodes with them. Blessings & Namste. Veena
