I would also like to access the above mentioned articles but come up with the message of server error. Could you please advise another way of accessing these articles

I had the same problem that John did. I would like to view the articles on Yoga for Anxiety and Panic Attacks, and Yoga for Depression Parts I and II, but I get a message about a server error. Can you please help with this. Thanks.

John Russo

I would like to view, or obtain, the article about "Yoga for Anxiety and Panic Attacks" that Dr. McCall refers to in his 2nd paragraph above. When I clicked on and tried to access it I had a message indicating there was a server error and the page could not be found. Hope you can help with this. Thanks

I learned this breathing technique several years ago and this knowledge has actually help me reverse an asthma attack. Of course I still need my preventative inhaler, but there are times when I have waited too long and in the process of waiting for the medicine to work (which is not fast acting), I have completely calmed my body.
As a teacher, some of my students have had difficulty due to asthma. I teach them this technique and if nothing else, it calms them, leaving them less afraid.
It has been extremely powerful knowledge.
