I tried to send and got cut off. I'm going to try again.

Before kids, I could circumvent migraine with breathing and meditation. Every time I tried this during kids, it attracted them like flies to light (cats also), and I could not concentrate to do it. Now I am 57, I am trying to relearn this, and I am having a hard time. My suspicion is that I may have a bit of turtle neck that I need to correct, so your comment about chin placement above is going to help, I think. Thanks.
