Appropriate for Both Sexes?
Explain to your colleague the benefits of Straddle Lifting Through especially for men, who are chronically tight and troubled in the hips and lower back. This pose is very beneficial for hips, lower back, abs, stomach, intestines—and I would wager that it helps bring energy to the prostate gland. Our men are in need of bringing a fresh, healing energy to the prostate, as is evident by the high rate of prostate cancer in our country.
I have also had my male students report to me that their confidence in their sexuality and their ejaculation control is improved by Straddle Lifting Through and Frog Lifting Through. Sounds pretty beneficial to the male anatomical makeup to me!
