I have managed to put on about 500 extra pounds and was wondering if Yoga Journal has a DVD for out of shape folks that have let themselves get to fat? Hey it's a great idea there's a ton, no pun intended, of us out there!

I teach at a com.center in a split room (divider wall). They put a Bronze Madalion life gaurd class in the other side of the room. They are extreemly loud and I am just expected to tough it out . I can hardly hear myself and it's no fun.Should I consider this a yogic challenge or give it up?
