What poses do you suggest for hip dysplasia? My senior client, has right hip, sacral pain. The right leg is 1/2" shorter and her right foot turns inward.
I am a yoga teacher and practitioner of 10 years...I sprained my pelvis a few years ago and have discomfort in some poses...what poses can I modify and what can I do to help heal this without giving up yoga?

I recently began teaching a Gentle yoga class which I am used to teaching a more vigorous vinyasa style but, there were a few participants in class that were very agitated and could not find stillness in the physical body as well as stillness in the mind... I know it is a gradual process but I found it to be distracting to the other students in the class. Do you have any tips on how to help the students become more focused so the class can have a more calming effect?

How can we help someone complaining about Trigger points seizing up even after a yoga class?
This is more a question of 'business ethics' than teaching. I am employed by the yoga studio where I attended my teacher training. The owner is very behind in paying me (now going on 4 months) and I am becoming resentful. I appreciate that they have given me the opportunity to teach, but am beginning to feel they are taking advantage of the situation. I do not know about any of the other instructors and their pay status. Any comments?
My most faithful student yoga student unexpectantly died. There will be no memorial service. What do other yoga instructors do to recognize / honor the life of a student who has participated with others in a class of students who have practiced together for quite some time?

A lot of my students find it difficult to go into handstand. While I demonstrate the path towards it with half-handstand and they are comfortable at this level, is there any other way I can lead them towards a full handstand?
