There are many treatment techniques that you can try. Did you try Taping? I have found it very useful. Taping will keep your foot from getting injured again and will help you get through your daily routine.

I am an Anusara Inspired yoga teacher with plantar fasciitis and neuroma. I have found amazing relief and support by wearing Vibram 5 Fingers shoes. It's like having a yoga mat on your feet and makes demonstrating while teaching very convenient! Check them out! Teaching 6 days/wk barefoot on hardwood is "hard" on anyone's feet! This also sends the message to my students that paying attention to imbalances is a good thing - and that even yoga teachers have imbalances.
The pose that heals plantar fasciitis is virasana. Sit for ten full minutes. You can put sand bags or weights on the toe side of the foot for extra effect. That takes away the pain for the day. Do it daily and the situation will resolve. The pose will slowly shift the workings of the foot muscle.
