The pose that heals plantar fasciitis is virasana. Sit for ten full minutes. You can put sand bags or weights on the toe side of the foot for extra effect. That takes away the pain for the day. Do it daily and the situation will resolve. The pose will slowly shift the workings of the foot muscle.
