Thank you so much for mentioning that some body types need a little meat. I was vegetarian for 10 years (vegan for 4 of those) and became very ill--both physically and emotionally. Adding some meat back in alleviated many of the problems.
On a vegan diet your BMs do typically float due to the high amount of fiber. So - if you're not eating milk, eggs, or animal flesh... it will float - to a degree. And yes - easy, non smelly, fast poo's ARE typical with a vegan diet. YAY vegan poo!!!
Dear Aadil, Acording to Dr. Melmet Oz your poop should not float. If it does you should tell your doctor because it could be a sign of cancer of the pancreas.
Thank you Aadil, however your advice is too vague. We need more details about the generally adviced to be eaten foods.How about the protein? How much do we need average and which is the best saurce for yogic practitioners?
