Thank you for these!! 1) Does it matter the sequence? 2) Should we do Shavasana after?

lately my olfactory senses seemed set at "off" mode e..e.g. some one will say 'oh that smells' but for me i failed to smell anything whether its foul or fragrant...something is not right..I do neti pot cleansing nightly ...is my sinuses blocked? i can breath ok through my nostril...whats wrong?
