apply china gel to sore muscles and tendons its very affective.i found it where I practice at south boston yoga.a session of rolling or lying on tennis balls up and down body especially on tight trigger points really brings relief.david vedetti of south boston yoga teaches this in practice then slow moving therapuetic yoga session finishes and does the trick.you feel wonderfull.

Don't forget the old standby Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate). A cupful in a warm tub draws the lactic acid from the muscles. Magnesium oral tablets as a supplement are good for muscle soreness too! And keep doing yoga. "Do yoga today so that you can do yoga tomorrow".
