Ihave asthma. Was using provair & flow vent. the latter is D /cd & use pro air rarely ---- I do pranayama, chair yoga, & say my prayers. Will continue to practice deep breathing. I am almost 80 .
Fantastic article, I am always telling my students how md's have studied the effect a yoga practice has on our health & well-being and now I can show them this in print. Thank you!
I have suffered neck, shoulder, and upper back pain chronically for years. Since starting yoga about 7 months ago, I am in much less pain.
