Firstly Id like to say this site is very interesting reading, so thank you. I have trained strength and power training for years and I am very flexable. I dont think your comment about training weights you lose flexability is correct. Thats so far from the truth. I have tried Yoga three times and have never felt good after a class? I do believe everything in moderation, weights gym yoga chocolate etc...Maybe I will try yoga again someday although I feel tai chi is a much healthier option.
Ihave asthma. Was using provair & flow vent. the latter is D /cd & use pro air rarely ---- I do pranayama, chair yoga, & say my prayers. Will continue to practice deep breathing. I am almost 80 .
