Thank you so much for writing this. I will meet with a Dr. day after tomorrow to get "official" diagnosis for PD. I'm a very active age 55 and it's quite a shock to realize the changes my body's going through. I've been reading and learning with so many mixed emotions... yoga and meditation are both going to be part of my life, and letting go of working all the time, out of necessity. Thanks again for sharing your experiences.

Thank you for writing on PD with such beauty, and wisdom! I was diagnosed 10 years ago w YOPD. I'm presemtly working on several approaches to PD's complexites. Somedays, I can just about touch, feel, and look 'normal,' (to anyone on the outside)> I'm looking to become Yoga training to pass on.
