I've had shoulder impingement pain for awhile (swimming the last 4 or 5 years). I mentioned to my chiropractor the 'catch' I get when lifting my arm up, and he is assisting with some pulling/stretching techniques to prevent further irritation or tearing the rotator cuff. I need to combine these yoga exercises mentioned to get to a full recovery!
