i clean out my closet, i feel so unburdened when leave it all at the goodwill.

I like to get a fresh new haircut! Something very short and lively. Getting rid of all that extra hair makes me feel lighter and rejuvenated!

I usually celebrate each equinox/solstice with a yoga mala of sun salutations. Spring is especially good for this practice as the warming and longer days provide solar inspiration. I usually also take time for more meditation as the sun rises, include more of the fresh veggies appearing now and include more pungent and spicy ingredients in my meals to help balance the often wetness of early spring.
