i have perpetual post nasal drip. i neti and use xylitol nasal spray and take a tincture for sinuses. and i still get post nasal drip. i'm basically a vata type. what can i do to stop it from happening once and for all! thank you.
To Angie: I think any type of yoga practice can help tremendously with anxiety. I also have had terrible anxiety and fears that I'm learning to overcome. I would also suggest affirmations instead of herbs, there is a book By Louis Hay called "You Can Heal Your Life". She healed herself from cancer and she has a lot of strategies/affirmations to help overcome fears and anxiety. I hope this information can help you:) Good luck to you!

I have had the same problems as you. I changed to an organic diet with lots of veggies and fruit, very little meat (I eat chicken sometimes), no milk products (I go for soy products instead) and no wheat flour (go for darker bread etc) and limited amounts of alcohol. I also do yoga and meditation at home, very gentle after a period of illness and then increasing slowly to my "normal" level. I have been of medication for almost a year now after my last time and I feel great! Still none of the old symptoms back...

I had Ulcerative Colitis and it has been cured by medication I was on for 30 days. Please let me know if and how I can live without having this decease again. I do not want to go on maintenance medication for life to prevent this from happening again. Are there any kind of foods and exercises I should be doing. Any other advise will be appreciated.
