Glad these methods seemed to be helpful for some but anyone experiencing eye pain, vision changes or other
serious eye symptoms should consult an ophthalmologist to prevent the possibility of damage or permanent visual impairment. The visual system is a complex interplay between various structures, including the brain. Respect your body by getting professional help with any eye changes you may experience.

Good Article.

Dawn in Sanskrit

Very interesting article. I would also add what my father, 88, a yogi has done all his life in India. Each morning after his asanas he sits in a cross legged position and does eye excercises.. up and down, rt and left, diagonal and then rotating clock and anti clockwise. Five times. Simple. He is an avid reader and credits his good vision to his yoga.
