pranayama, and relaxation exercises to promote better breathing. Some of the asanas have unorthodox names or depictions, but overall, the program outlined here is very good. Weller's introductory discussions of anatomy and supplementary chapters on nutrition, "mind power," and coping with anxiety and panic are especially useful.
