Connect in Compassion
Yoga teachers and practitioners from around the country want to help the victims of Katrina. Rather than feel hopeless, many yogis and yoginis are putting their compassion into action.
"My name is Lillian Lindsay and I am a Kripalu Yoga teacher teaching in Williamsport, PA. Besides making montery contributions to various relief efforts I have decided to combine the intentions of my students in the mediation componet of my class. I am working with creative visulation of the Mississippi river as a way to help heal the Mississippi River Delta."
