What Yoga DVD would be best for a golfer; both for flexibility and for stress reduction?
A great yoga video specific to golf is www.golfersyogawarmup.com I use it before I go to the course and I REALLY feel a difference in my swing, and especially in my back when I am through playing.
My shoulders are looser so better turn and more distance.
I concentrate on my stance and I think as a result fluff fewer shots (I'm a lousy golfer).
Are there any special moves that would be good for yoga-loving tennis players? Thanks.
a. i can turn my shoulder better--result in a better swing
b. I'm fine not using the buggy. Think the breathing exercise has great help onto this.
c.last but not least. Yoga has calmed my nerves down a lot.
