I have been struggling myself with bulimia for the last 3 years. I have been practicing yoga for 2 years. Can you please share any ideas about coping with bulimia using yoga? What asanas do you recommend or what techniques did you find useful when the binge-purge episodes hit?
I greatly appreciate your help.
Thank you for sharing your life story and how it has guided you to your present joy and gratitude. I have studied yoga for over 17 years. I felt so great doing yoga, and studying the sutras, that a couple of years ago I became a certified yoga instructor. Currently I teach a 5pm Sunday level 1-2 Vini Yoga, I thought that would be a great time and since I still work full time, was basically only time other then Friday nites. I was wondering if you have any suggestions on how to promote a new class, or will it slowly increase. The most students I have had are three, and some Sundays I don't have any. I am not at all discouraged and will continue, however, open to some input. Please email me at email@example.com
