Sa Ta Na Ma," meaning totality, creation, dissolution, regeneration
I am so grateful for this writing. I have had challenges with claustrophobia. I feel confident that practicing this meditation will empower me and grant me great peace. Much thanks!

It would have been helpful if you had mentioned the meaning of Sa Ta Na Ma. I have an article in my files using these words as a walking meditation but I have forgotten their meaning. Something to do the with earth.
I have found theis sitting savasaan , or we can upgrade it as Executive Yoganidra , is very useful to saty fresh during and after travel.
My Guru Yogacharya Arunkumar , Chennai, India , has taugh this to us.
Hope you are having a splendid week!
wenn der Flug mal wieder etwas länger dauert ;)
Thank you for the tips on relieving stress while flying. I will be flying tonight to a Yoga convention and I get real stressed and tense on the plane. Seated Savasana is just what I need!
As a flight attendant I can not thank you enough for this article. I try my best to meditate after each day of work so the next morning I can be calm and collected among all chaos and anxiety. It seems when people travel, especially fly, they forget about appriciating the small things. By just taking some time to breath can really make everyone's journey a little less hectic. Thank you again for the tips.
