How would you like to be unconditionally loved, just as you are, without having to be or do anything special? What ... (continued)
If only I learned yoga earlier...But at least I'm glad I'm doing it now. I'm sure it will help students a lot.
I'm a first year law student, and I just started my yoga practice in September. I can't fully express how much yoga has enriched my life. It has helped me find - and keep - balance in my stressful, busy life. I've also lost 46 pounds!
Without yoga i would have gone insane during my first semester.......i absolutly love it.....my fav. is power vinyasa
I agree 100% Last semester was my first time taking yoga and I ask myself after every class how I didn't got crazy?!?! It gives me the precious hours I need to concentrate on just myself and how I feel bring me back to a balance after a long hard week. Anyone that trys to balance work, school and their personal lives knows that being stressed and overwhelmened comes way to easy. Yoga helps me to relax and re-focus and just take everything one step at a time.
This has helped me quite a bit. I'm a college sophomore and I work full time. Taking the time to listen to my body and quiet my mind does wondres for my sanity!
Being a college student is certainly tough - there aren't enough hours in the day for all the studying we have to do! However yoga, in particular meditation, is a very helpful tool to reduce stress and make one's life more balanced. Now, the only problem is convincing students to take on the challenge!
