i used to ride horses, and i can definitely see how yoga would help with balance/confidence.

off-topic, perhaps, but yoga helps me with breathing when i play the trombone (i'm trying to go pro with it). i imagine it would help with any wind instrument.
Really very good for health but we should follow everyday difficult let me try
Yoga will increase your enjoyment of your favorite sport. It will help you to extend your activity and keep you centered for peak performance. Many of my students use yoga in this way to support their tennis, golf and running activities! They tell me they swear by its positive impact on recovery from injury, strength building and "mind" management!
