Yoga Dose shows two different, though related, perspectives on a flow practice from vinyasa-influenced teachers in Atlanta, Lara Falberg and Nicole Jurovics.

First, with Jurovics modeling and occasionally assisting, Falberg leads an hourlong practice, complete with an opening warm-up, four standing balance poses, a standing pose flow, and a closing cooldown. A short intensive inserted between the third and fourth sequences focuses on using a wall as a yoga prop. Next, the roles reverse for Jurovics's more challenging practice (with Falberg modeling and occasionally assisting), which includes a warm-up, standing pose and backbend sequences, and a closing cooldown.
Falberg and Jurovics provide clear instructions, have a good sense of alignment, and understand the benefits of the poses. Falberg seasons her instruction with a warm sense of humor, while Jurovics projects a confident authority in hers. Whichever flavor you prefer, both sequences are well suited to all levels of beginning students.
