1. Supported Corpse Pose - lay flat on your back and place pillow under knees.
2. Reclining Bound Angle Pose - lay on your back, feet together and knees bent; place a pillow under your head, lower back, and under each knee.
3. Supported Legs-up-the-Wall Pose - place pillow under lower back.
I would also like to know...I suffer from SAD and would really like to follow this sequence to see if it helps.
