I scored "God is in the Details", but the strange thing is I had no patience for Iyengar style (bad introduction to it at a gym, and happened onto a very nice class later, but not thrilled) ... went through a grueling series of power yoga-like classes that fired up my own home practice, and finally I switched to a style more reminiscent of ISHTA like meticulous non-flowy sublime stillness ...
I found I was all over the place! pretty much answered each letter twice. Personall I love Bikram yoga because I struggle to stick to cardio fitness generally, and Bikram gets you a cardio benefit but is lovely at the end when we just crash out and my teacher opens the windows and sings..l.
I found that there were very few questions I could answer with just one answer, but the d response was one of my answers in 6 of the questions, so I was able to make use of the quiz anyway. For years, I have wanted to experiment with kundalini yoga, but have not been able to find any such classes on a regular basis within a reasonable distance of my home, and have not wanted to rely on books as a beginner.
Wow, Yeah this is really accurate! It spells out everything I've ever wanted from yoga right from the start.
Wow..it's accurate for me. Especially the last question. I almost wanted to walk to the stage to strangle my teacher when he did lots of breathing and kept making us imagine there's a candle in between our eyes. It was only after the class was over that I found out he has changed the class to pranayama. By the way, the old schedule stated ashtanga.
This is really helpful when deciding which yoga style is for you. Y0GA FOREVER!
