A healthy summer treat at its best.
Ingredients3/4 cup almond milk
1 handful kale leaves, ribs and stems removed
1 handful fresh baby spinach leaves
1/2 pear or banana
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1/2 cup sprouts such as broccoli or alfalfa
1. Whirl all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more liquid until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
