Creamy Tropical Smoothie

Get the tropical feel, even from home.
Ingredients1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple or mango chunks
1/2 cup coconut milk or plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 ripe, pitted avocado
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
1 scoop protein powder
1. Whirl all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more liquid until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
