Green Machine Smoothie

green smoothie
It's a full-on salad in a glass, which sounds kind of awful, until you taste it.

Ingredients

1 banana, frozen and halved
1 cup spinach
Half an avocado, pitted
1 scoop Vega One Vanilla Chai mix or protein powder
1 cup coconut water or almond milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions

1. Put them all in a blender and blend on High, then Medium, then High again to pulverize the spinach.
