Chai Tea

Ingredients

1 1-inch piece ginger, peeled
2 C plain soymilk
1 T freshly brewed black tea, such as English Breakfast
1 T maple syrup

Directions

Put all ingredients together into a small saucepan and bring to a slow boil. Strain and serve.
