Find it difficult to set aside time for seated meditation? Try this practice that can be done informally—even while you’re brushing your teeth!

After a busy and stressful day you may find it harder than usual to wind down and relax. You can turn off the computer and phone, but it’s often the mind that continues to run long after the glow of gadgets has faded. This is understandable, but it does not have to be the case. In fact, evening is a good time to establish a ritual of mindfulness to help you release whatever your thoughts may be circling on and ease into restful sleep.
