Your weekly dose of yoga tips, information, and advice.
Spring Cleaning
Feeling a burst of energy? You're not alone. In Ayurvedic terms, spring is a time to shed heaviness, or kapha energy, and to lighten up physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Greet the new season by preparing your home, both visually and hygienically. Clear the clutter, and scrub your space with natural cleaning products. As you organize your closet, consider the eco-impact of your clothing choices. Invigorate your body with backbends, including Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana. And share in the inspiration by telling us about your unique spring rituals, and seeing how others welcome the season.
Namaste,
Andrea Kowalski
