This week, start your day by sampling a complete 20-minute morning practice video from Yoga Journal's new Morning, Noon, and Night DVD. If the thought of waking early makes you grumpy, here are eight tips to get you out of bed. Find out if you should eat breakfast before you practice, and conclude your morning ritual with this simple intuition meditation to help you follow your inner guide all day long.
Om Shanti,
