New Home Practice Sequences
You certainly know the drill -- developing a consistent home practice
is a challenge, but valuable for so many reasons. The last time we featured
five sequences for beginners, many of you wrote in to tell us how much
you enjoyed them. This week, we're pleased to present four new sequences,
with emphasis on the groins, shoulders, forward bending, and backbending.
And to further assist you in your home practice, Yoga Journal is proud
to present our brand new home practice DVD, Yoga Step-by-Step, led by
an extraordinary teacher, Natasha Rizopolous. You can purchase the video
in our online store.
We hope you feel inspired to unroll your mat at home soon!
Namaste,
Andrea Ferretti

Talking Shop with Ganga White
"Yoga is the context my life is held in. My asana practice varies.
Sometimes it is what I call "inner-directed" yoga, where I follow
my own flow. Sometimes I practice a fixed form, like our Flow Series.
I don't believe in being regimented."
