This meditation really works. I tried it when I was very stresses out and when I was done I felt more calm and relaxed. Here's a tip... If a thought comes up in the middle if the meditation, slowly let it fade out of your mind until it is gone.

I went to try this and the time flew by! My only problem was that my left foot went completely numb. So I had to cut it short. Other than that mishap this meditation was great! Kudos
