This meditation really works. I tried it when I was very stresses out and when I was done I felt more calm and relaxed. Here's a tip... If a thought comes up in the middle if the meditation, slowly let it fade out of your mind until it is gone. |

I went to try this and the time flew by! My only problem was that my left foot went completely numb. So I had to cut it short. Other than that mishap this meditation was great! Kudos |

I was under alot of stress earlier this morning when I arrived to work, after lunch I decide to do a meditation exercise with the ninety year old woman that I am the caregiver of. The meditation really works, we both feel more generated and relaxed. |

I had a headache and couldnt fall asleep. I tried this and i felt way more relaxed, my head didnt hurt as much and i could fall asleep easier! Great thing to do when your stressed! |
