I think assuming that middle aged women are bitter over lost youth is funny, in kind of a mean way. My friends and I feel freer and happier as we age. I wish the same for you. I'm so glad not to worry about what others think, and I agree that older and younger women and men of different races wold be nice to see in these pages. |

She is beautiful. The last thing I want to see is a middle aged bitter over loosing her youth woman doing anything. |

I love many of the pieces in these online articles, but the comment above brought me to realize I'd glanced at the model noticing she looked like eye-candy, as opposed to a real woman. Or at least not make the people look so photoshopped. I'm sure a lot of your readers are middle aged and more. You used to feature more human types. Im not saying make them uglier or anything, just include people that haven't been photoshopped |

Your photo shows a someone who isn't actually doing the chin lock. Couldn't you have chosen some one who can actually do Jalandhara Bandha? If not then show how to fill in the gap with a rolled up strap. |

I am very surprised that you suggest holding this lock during the exhale. I thought this was used during retentions to stop the pressure caused by the retention moving up into the head. |

Curiosity |
Who wrote this? There is another, "Upward Abdominal Lock" that has no quoted author or editor either. |
