I began using this exercise while overcoming flying fears years ago to settle the mind. It still to this day puts me in a deep relaxed state of mind once completed. Try it a couple of times a day morning noon and before bed time.

you dont use your index finger because the index finger signifies the ego

your poses are excellent but the begining page should be small pictures as an index so those who are inexperianced in yoga can choose those poses they want as they may be unfamilar withthe names
