Needs to be written better. My fingers don't move that way and it didn't do anything relaxing. You need to be a healthy nostril breather to do this.

I began using this exercise while overcoming flying fears years ago to settle the mind. It still to this day puts me in a deep relaxed state of mind once completed. Try it a couple of times a day morning noon and before bed time.

The alternate nostril breaths have various benefits, balancing breath, energies, and cleansing nadis. What benefits does this have? I can do this already!


you dont use your index finger because the index finger signifies the ego


Would like to know why the ring finger s used iinstead of the index or any other finger.Thanks for your advice.

Why use especially RING finger?
What is the reason? (I guess there should be reason)
Why not to use INDEX finger instead?
