The shoulders over the wrists cue is when you are in hands and knees position (first step), NOT Dolphin.

There's a typo in step one: the shoulders should be directly above the elbows, not the wrists... that's near impossible with the forearms on the floor ;)

chis, there is no typo. you put your shoulders above your wrist while still on the floor. it makes it easyer to move foreward

I've just started doing this posture and I love it! It really helps downward dog pose massively.After 15 years of doing yoga i wish I'd learn't this asana earlier!
