Ginger: Firm your tailbone toward your pubis and lengthen it toward your heels. That must help. Try to lift up just your head and sternum to protect your lower back.

Alyse: sanskrit name is Bhujanngasana - as a cobra pose, this is preparatory variation before straightening your hands to cobra, it is called sphinx because of the forearms on the floor it looks like sphinx.

Jeni - roll your thighs inward (see Step 1) to align your heels.

@ Jeni - it's some what a balancing act between the inner rotation of the thighs (i.e. taking outer thigh towards floor to widen pelvis) and a gentle tuck/lengthening of the tail bone. nither should be taken to an extreme, plus but rooting the tops of the feet into the floor you maintain active legs and integrity in both the feet and lower leg.
